Presence options

  • Default Value: true
  • Valid Values: true, false
  • Changes take effect: When the application is started or restarted.
  • Description: When this option is set to true, the presence (availability) of agents, agent groups, T-Server queues, routing points, and interaction queues is shown in Team Communicator in the search results.
