The following products entered End of Life (EOL) on October 20, 2023. It enters End of Maintenance (EOM) and End of Support (EOS) on October 31, 2024.
- Universal Contact Server (UCS) 8.1 and UCS 8.0
- Universal Contact Server Manager 8.1
- Universal Contact Server Proxy 8.1

Important
- Universal Contact Server (UCS) 9.1 has moved from a General Release to a Restricted Release on 11/22/19.
- Genesys Data Processing Server (GDPS) is still available as a General Release.
