Assign Business Unit To Agent

This operation is part of the Business Unit API section of the Web Services API.

Overview

Assign a business unit to an agent.

This will also assign the Business Unit to the corresponding Configuration Manager person.

Assigning an agent to a Business Unit can be done two ways:

• Assign an Agent to a Business Unit
• Assign a Business Unit to an agent

Bulk assignment operations are available for this operation.
