  • For Microsoft products with sub-versions such as R1/R2, all versions are supported except as noted for the specific product.
  • Social Engagement server components include the following: Social Messaging Server or Digital Messaging Server, Interaction Workspace Plug-ins for Facebook/Twitter/RSS, Business Processes for Use with Facebook, Twitter, and RSS, Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition, Genesys Cloud API Drivers for Facebook, Twitter, and RSS.
  • Starting with release 8.1.4, Genesys Social Engagement was split from eServices.
