This release includes the following new features and enhancements:
- To increase security in the WFM Web Application, some third-party libraries are updated. (WFM-33008)
- To improve readability when using JAWS screen readers, changes were made to the display and accessibility of the WFM Web Application controls, page layout, and other interface elements.
This release contains the following resolved issues:
All available activities now display in the Activities tree in the latest WFM Forecast > New Scenario dialog. Previously, the Activities tree displayed only the first 100 activities. (WFM-32992)
WFM Web's Java subsystem now handles duplicate template name errors and displays the correct message to the user. Previously, WFM Web displayed a general message if the user entered a duplicate template name. (WFM-32915)
WFM no longer supports graph reports with OpenJDK and Java version 9 or later. WFM Web will now hide graph reports from the list of available reports if it detects OpenJDK or Java version 9 or later. (WFM-32795)
WFM Web now correctly publishes multiple calendar items to the Master Schedule even if they contain Warning messages. Previously, attempts to publish multiple items resulted in errors if any items contained Warnings. (WFM-32783)
WFM Web now displays the correct error message when users attempt to log in using invalid credentials. Previously, WFM incorrectly displayed a message about a server connection error. (WFM-32782)
In WFM Web for Agents Other Schedules view, the first week day displayed in the schedule details correctly matches the week start day that was selected in the Calendar. Previously, the schedule details incorrectly displayed the business unit week start day. (WFM-32756)
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.216.06.
