What's New

This release includes the following new features and enhancements:

• You can now build forecast staffing for multiple activities at the same time by using the default service level objectives settings for each activity. In addition, the Build Staffing Wizard now provides the ability to use the default service level objective settings and to save any changes as the new default service level objective settings for the activity when building the staffing. (WFM-34888, WFM-35402)

Important

This feature requires the deployment of the following WFM components:

• WFM Server 8.5.219.20 (or later)
• WFM Database Utility 8.5.219.00 (or later), to update the WFM Database schema
