What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • The WFM Web for Agents UI now supports W3C/WCAG 2.0 Accessibility (Level – AA) recommendations for users with physical limitations. For more information, see WFM Web Content Accessibility. (WFM-33087, WFM-33062, WFM-33059)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Comments that were entered in the Web for Supervisors (Classic) Forecast UI now display in the latest Web for Supervisors Forecast > Scenarios view. Previously, comments that were entered in the (Classic) Forecast UI did not display in the latest Forecast UI. (WFM-33145, WFM-33025)

WFM now displays the updated data in the Web for Supervisors Schedule > Intra-Day and > Agent-Extended views if they are refreshed after first being opened. Previously, WFM did not display the updated data if a view was refreshed after first being opened; users had to close and then reopen the view to see the updates. (WFM-33141)

WFM now displays all items in the Activities tree without delay in the Web for Supervisors Templates and Overlays views. Previously, if the Activities tree in these views had a large number of pre-checked items, there were long delays before opening and a Page Unresponsive message sometimes appeared. (WFM-33137)

In the latest Web for Supervisors Forecast UI, the Activities tree now lists all sites and activities. Previously, the Activities tree in the latest UI listed only the first 500 activities and sites. (WFM-33104)

To improve performance in WFM Web for Supervisors Schedule > Intra-Day view, the Performance Graph is based on the targeted multi-site activity (MSA), which is a single MSA selected in the Activities tree. Previously the Performance Graph targeted the business unit, by default. (WFM-33081)

In the latest Web for Supervisors Forecast UI, when supervisors create forecast scenarios and select or deselect multi-site activities (MSA) in the tree, WFM now selects/deselects the associated child activities automatically. Previously, WFM did not select/deselect the associated child activities automatically, as expected. (WFM-33077)

In latest Web for Supervisors Forecast > Scenarios view, new comments now display with the correct date. Previously, WFM sometimes displayed new comments with incorrect dates, either one day earlier or later. (WFM-33076)

In the latest Web for Supervisors Forecast UI, when users create forecast scenarios using the Create based on option, activities that were checked in the original scenario are now checked in the Activities tree automatically for the new scenario, as expected. Previously when using the Create based on option to create scenarios, some activities were not checked. (WFM-33071)

In latest Web for Supervisors Forecast > Scenarios view, WFM now correctly displays comments for the selected week, based on the business unit week start day. Previously, they were incorrectly based on the default week start day, causing some comments to be displayed in the wrong week. (WFM-33034)

Activities that are added to scenarios in the Web for Supervisors Classic Forecast UI now display in the latest Forecast UI after switching from one UI to the other. (WFM-33027)

In the Web for Supervisors latest Forecast UI, after changing the locale in the browser, the Date field now displays the entire date for languages with translations that have more characters than English dates. Previously, this issue affected the Date fields in many views, dialogs, and wizards. (WFM-32100)

In the Web for Supervisors latest Forecast UI, the date in the Comments editing popover pane now displays in the correct language after the locale is changed in the browser. Previously, the date incorrectly displayed in English. (WFM-32065)
