These topics describe each of the options that you can configure to ensure that Outbound Contact performs as needed in your environment:

Note: In Genesys Administrator, all Outbound Contact options that were located on the Annex tab of the respective Outbound Contact objects (with the exception of SCXML options configured at the OCS application level), are located on the Options tab.
