What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The new configuration option [ScheduleService] ProcessOvertimeTimeout in the WFM Server application supports continuous processing of overtime bids.
- WFM Server supports validation of the new Contract constraints property Minimum consecutive working days in WFM Web.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
WFM Server is updated to resolve the Oracle client error ROW-00001: Cannot allocate memory that appeared when querying the database. (WFM-31014)
The validation message Schedule violates contract min/max days off per schedule planning period was modified to correct a typo. Previously, the word planning was misspelled palnning. (WFM-30926)
WFM Server 8.5.2 is now fully backward compatible with WFM Web 8.5.1 or earlier versions. Previously, incompatibility adversely affected Schedule State totals in Weekly Schedule, Activity Weekly Schedule, and Team Weekly Schedule reports, and WFM ETL database 8.5.1 or earlier versions. (WFM-30910)
WFM now calculates time-off balances accurately for part-day time-off types that are set to the same day if they are assigned to a single time-off rule. Previously in this scenario, WFM miscalculated time-off balances for some part-day time-off types.
Note: This issue, originally fixed in 8.5.210.10, was accidentally reintroduced in the process of fixing issues in this release. (WFM-30831)
To improve performance on MSSQL database, the WFM Server OPTION (RECOMPILE) hint is enabled by default for all queries used to retrieve schedule or agent information. (WFM-27874)
