The following table summarizes the deployment tasks that are required to deploy the UC Connector into the Genesys environment, as well as how to integrate the deployment with the Microsoft Unified Communications platform (Lync or Skype for Business) on the enterprise side:

5. Integrate with Genesys Routing	Create Custom Server Application, configure routing from contact center, configure contact point for Knowledge Worker.
6. (optional) Enable Instant Messaging (Genesys IM Integration)	Verify the Genesys IM solution. Configure the Knowledge Worker DN.
