For RichMedia with Genesys Engage, the text property value in the Quick Replies JSON is now shown as a text message. Previously, the parent text property under the standard message JSON was used. (CXW-2356)

Upgrade Notes
The HTML structure of WebChat messages has changed from div > p > span to div > div > div to support markdown formatting. If your WebChat messages use custom CSS styles, please confirm your styles are still correctly applied. If not, review your CSS selectors. Best practices dictate that HTML element types not be used in CSS selectors when styling Genesys Widgets. Instead, use only the class names applied to each element. The following classes are applied to the elements in question: cx-message > .cx-bubble > .cx-message-text.
