What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) is now supported on VMWare Horizon 8 ESB 2312.1. For more detailed information about the other supported operating environments, see the Workspace Desktop Edition page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide. (IW-18124)
• WDE now supports TLS v1.3. (IW-18054)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues.

Workspace customization developers can now access the actual value of ObjectPath and FolderId attributes when using the configuration objects (CfgPerson, CfgApplication…) retrieved through the IConfigurationService interface.

To enable this feature,

• In the configuration file interactionworkspace.exe.config, in the section <appSetting>, add the tag <add key="general.configuration-object-path-folder-id.enabled" value="true" />.
• In case if the general-configuration-object-path-folder-id-enabled option is available in the interaction-workspace section of the Application object, ensure it is set to true.

Previously, starting from release 8.5.161.03, it was not possible to get the value of the ObjectPath and FolderId attributes.
