This release contains the following resolved issues:
In a SIP Business Continuity environment, it is now possible to log in when the preferred DN is configured on the DR Place. Previously, starting from the version 8.5.162.09, when an agent was configured with one DN specified in the regular Place and another DN specified in the DR Place, it was not possible to login when the preferred DN was defined in the DR Place. (IW-18258)
In an environment where the deployment is done through the ClickOnce method, the About page now shows the complete version (ClickOnce build number appended to Workspace product version) instead of Workspace product version only. Previously, the complete version was shown only in the login window. (IW-18245)
Workspace now properly clears the outbound email from the screen after the agent presses the Send button. Previously, in some specific conditions, the outbound email could stay stuck in the agent screen after the agent pressed Send although the email was placed in the outbound queue. (IW-18237)
Workspace now displays the expected list of agents to the Supervisor in the Team Workbins view. Previously, in some environments, the list of agent workbins displayed in the Team Workbin view was incorrectly offered as empty. (IW-18236)
Upgrade Notes
