Send a new message

It is possible for an agent to initiate a conversation by sending a text message to a client's device, although this feature may be disabled by the enterprise manager.

  1. From the menu bar, click New.
  2. Enter the mobile phone number in the Device field of the client information area.
  3. Enter the text of the message in the message field by typing the text or selecting a pre-defined message from the list, depending upon permissions.
  4. Click Send.
