|Dynamic PDF generation for web-based content is temporarily unavailable. This maintenance affects dynamic PDF files that are generated from either the HTML-based page or manual that you are viewing. Links that normally allow this functionality have been hidden, and will reappear as soon as the feature is restored.
Add messages to the inbox
Periodically, incoming messages are added to the agent’s inbox. The account manager defines the number of messages added (the default being ten) and the interval at which they are added.
Should the agent be working faster than the messages are coming in, the agent may choose to add additional messages to the inbox.
To add to additional messages to the inbox:
- From the menu bar, click Add. Additional messages are downloaded into the agent’s inbox for action.
Should the agent sign out with unread messages still awaiting action in the inbox, the messages will be returned to the pool of messages and assigned to another agent.
