About the Hosted Dialer

The integrated hosted dialer improves contact center efficiencies and reduces operating costs by driving more consumers to speak with an agent.

With the Hosted Dialer, you can use predictive pacing to automatically adjust the rate of outbound calls according to agent and contact center availability, minimize connection time and capture customized call disposition types using the web-based Agent Voice Portal. You can also blend predictive dialing with automated voice, text, and email messaging into a single contact strategy to increase contact rates.

The Hosted Dialer allows you to drive more conversations through automated dialing on an open line connection that connects agents to live parties while filtering bad numbers and answering machines. You can launch an immediate Dialer Pass to re-connect customers after incomplete interactions.

On screen, agents can view caller information as the call arrives and streamline conversations through the guided workflow. While in After Call Work, the agent can quickly choose from a set of custom, user-defined call disposition codes and enter related, consumer-specific information before moving to the next call.
