Disposition Code screen
The Disposition Code tab is available to agents as soon as they have transitioned into a Talking state. If the agent does not select the Disposition Code tab, it appears automatically when they select End Call or when the call recipient ends the call.
Note that the Disposition Code tab is available only when the current script uses disposition codes. It is also grayed out after a successful internal transfer, allowing the receiving agent to disposition the call upon completion.
The disposition codes that appear are customized to meet the specific requirements of the client. Disposition codes may be defined so that the agent may select a disposition code(s) and then enter additional information, such as the amount paid by the consumer during a collection call.
Once the disposition code(s) is selected, the agent clicks Submit Disposition.
