Send a new message
It is possible for an agent to initiate a conversation by sending a text message to a client's device, although this feature may be disabled by the enterprise manager.
- From the menu bar, click New.
- Enter the mobile phone number in the Device field of the client information area.
- Enter the text of the message in the message field by typing the text or selecting a pre-defined message from the list, depending upon permissions.
- Click Send.
