This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Genesys Mobile Services (GMS) now supports Cassandra 5.x. (GMS-9558)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
GMS provisioned with proxy.pac file to define HTTP proxy is fixed by upgrading the third-party library proxy-vole to release 1.0.18. In the Chat scenario, the FCM push notification to FCM using HTTP v1 protocol is fixed. (GMS-9531)
For security reasons, the following third-party libraries have been upgraded:
- Spring Framework has been upgraded to 6.1.16. (GMS-9619)
- io.netty has been upgraded from 4.1.109.Final to 4.1.115.Final. (GMS-9595)
- org.eclipse.jetty has been upgraded from 12.0.8 to 12.0.12. (GMS-9593)
- JasperReports library has been upgraded from 6.20.5 to 6.21.3. (GMS-9562)
- com.google.api-client:google-api-client has been upgraded from 2.2.0 to 2.6.0. (GMS-9540)
- apache cxf has been upgraded from 4.0.2 to 4.0.5 version to handle CVEs BDSA-2024-4577, BDSA-2024-4566 (CVE-2024-32007), BDSA-2024-4583. (GMS-9506)
- Apache Mime4J Core has been upgraded to 0.8.12. (GMS-9622)
- Spring security has been upgraded from 6.3.4 to 6.4.1. (GMS-9602)
- commons-io:commons-io has been upgraded from 2.13.0 to 2.14.0. (GMS-9571)
- com.google.protobuf:protobuf-java has been upgraded from 3.24.3 to 3.25.5. (GMS-9561)
GMS Admin UI has been updated to use Herodevs Angular JS. (GMS-9615)
