What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• The Genesys Softphone installer is improved to detect Windows 11 OS better. Previously, it was impossible to install Genesys Softphone on some builds of Windows 11 OS. (SOFTPHONE-1625), (SOFTPHONE-1627).
• Genesys Softphone now supports Windows Server 2022 to operate in the VDI mode in Citrix environments. For more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems, refer to the Genesys Softphone page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide. (SOFTPHONE-1574)
• Genesys Softphone now supports VMWare Horizon ESB 2312.1. (SOFTPHONE-1490)
