What's New

This release contains the following new enhancements:

• Support for Windows Server 2019 operating system and SQL Server 2019 database. See the SpeechMiner page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference for more information and a list of all supported operating systems. (PRSM-28615)
• SpeechMiner now supports the latest version of Elasticsearch 7.16.3. It no longer supports the older versions of Elasticsearch. (PRSM-28682)

Important

To install SpeechMiner, you must upgrade to Elasticsearch 7.16.3.

• SpeechMiner now supports Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. See the SpeechMiner page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference for more information and a list of all supported browsers.
