What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Quality Management - Question Library: When creating a Quality Management form you can now select an existing group of questions and you can create a new group for future use.
- SMUpgrade: The new upgrade process executes faster and no longer requires two databases. This one-step upgrade procedure can be performed from any version to any version. on the customer's database (that is, a new database is not required). Note: The new upgrade procedure is not out of the box. If you are interested in this new upgrade procedure, contact Genesys Customer Care and allow for one week to receive the scripts required to perform the procedure. For additional details, refer to the SpeechMiner Upgrade Guide.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When exporting an interaction the .csv file contains a local time for the interaction time. Previously, when exporting an interaction the .csv file contains the interaction time in utc instead of the local time. (PRSM-11871)
Dates in the Report pages appear in the date format defined in the database. Previously the dates appeared in different formats when the date format of the Web UI culture (language) was different from the date format configured in your SpeechMiner database. (PRSM-13832)
When forwarding calls from a Coaching session, the popup window is now displayed properly. (PRSM-11564)
Reports now function as they should when the database password contains the following characters: (PRSM-11904)

Previously, in order for the Apply and Recognition process to work, a value was manually added to the Environment Variables associated with the machines on which the SpeechMiner Uplatform is installed. Now the value is added automatically. (PRSM-13861)
When exporting an interaction, the question that appears now is relevant to the scenario. Previously, when exporting an interaction, the question that appeared asked you if you are sure you want to export audio, even though text interactions do not have audio. (PRSM-11465)
When changing a column width in a grid, the width is changed as requested. Previously, when trying to change the column width the column was sometimes sorted instead. (PRSM-12779)
