What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Single sign-on support for Genesys HUB. Genesys cloud customers can now access SpeechMiner without having to re-authenticate.
- Recognition support for Japanese audio.
- SpeechMiner web interface support in Korean.
- GIR UI improvements, notably, call exporting.

This release contains the following resolved issues:

You can export interactions from the Web UI when working with a previous version of the Search grid. (PRSM-11499)
The following wildcards are now supported for text interaction recognition: [ccexpdat], [currency], [number], [socialsecurity], [time], [zip code]. (PRSM-11553)
When the Web Session Timeout message appears and you click OK, the session is extended. (PRSM-11613)
When previewing a form in Explorer, the SpeechMiner navigation bar no longer appears at the top of the Preview window. (PRSM-11503)
When the SpeechMiner system contains a large amount of topics, the search will now return results when you select All Topics and perform a search. (PRSM-11385)
The Stored procedure (sp_create_DB_storage_partitions) is based on audio and text interactions. Previously, the Stored procedure was only based on audio interactions. (PRSM-10643)
