What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Timestamps in Comments: Interaction display improvements have been made to include a timestamp in comments. Users will now see the date and time at which the comment was made/last edited.
- Search Term/Event Term Highlighting: Users can now select to either highlight Search terms and/or Event terms in the Interaction transcript when an interaction is played from the Search Results grid.
- Reports Support for Text Interactions: SpeechMiner now displays reports differently for reports that only include text interactions. For example, reports with text interactions will not include the Duration column in the report grid.
- Edit Call Comments Permission: A new permission has been added to control which Users can edit a call comment; this permission is system wide for a given User.
- Support for Text Attachments: SpeechMiner can now include and analyze text attachments that are part of a text interaction. The system will analyze the content of the attachment in the same way it analyzes text interactions.
- Storage of Text Interactions SpeechMiner will now store text interactions in the file system instead of the database. This includes encryption of the file on disk if configured as well as a unique value for retention policy period for these text files.
- Support for Raw Text Interactions: SpeechMiner can now analyze raw text interactions (that is .txt files) in the same way it analyzes audio, e-mail and chat interactions.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
All users with the Report Menu permission for Web will appear in the Share with Users list. Previously, the system checked for the wrong permission to add the user to the list. Now the system checks for the Report Menu permission. (PRSM-15071)
When exporting text interactions using Batch Actions, the exported file is now formatted correctly. Previously, the format was incorrect. (PRSM-15125)
When searching for a specific term the search no longer highlights the term when it is part of another term. (PRSM-15034)
Text Recognition now analyzes a word preceded or followed by a tab. Previously, the word preceded or followed by a tab was not analyzed. (PRSM-14968)
The process of updating topic events after changing the strictness or a name was moved to run off-line and not during the SMART Apply process. Previously, updating topic events after changing the strictness or a name, resulted in a time consuming operation. (PRSM-15302)
