What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Manual Text Interaction Categorization: Users can now manually assign a category to a text interaction from the Interaction Attributes page.
- Audit Text Interactions: Users can now audit text interactions.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Database purge is now working as expected. Previously, the database purge was working slower than expected. (PRSM-17411)
When a text interaction is opened after an audio interaction was opened, the user interface for the text interaction no longer includes the previous audio interaction's attributes. (PRSM-17071)
An error no longer occurs when an attempt is made to export a Call list with a size smaller than the default limit. (PRSM-16271)
When you drill down to a specific agent in the Agent Comparison report, the interactions in the interaction list all have a date within the selected date range. Previously, some of the interactions in the list had a date that was not in the filter date range. (PRSM-16741)
Chat interactions can now be exported. Previously, it was not possible to export chat interactions. (PRSM-16462)
It is now possible to export an email using Operation Search. (PRSM-16340)
The Select/Deselect All option is now working for Operation Search. (PRSM-16338)
The sp_get_old_audio Stored procedure no longer times out. (PRSM-17940)
CPU intensive script no longer reduces SQL Server Performance. (PRSM-17421)
