What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Performance improvements have been made to Interaction Receiver.
- Generation of the Topic Analysis - Audit report has improved.
- Performance of the CallMetaExFieldNamesView query has improved.
- Trending has improved and now functions as expected in large systems.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The speed of generating Exploration reports for a large interaction volume has improved dramatically. (PRSM-15524)
The Topic filter in the Reports page now supports the AND operator between values. Previously, the Topic filter did not function as expected when you selected multiple topics using the AND operator. (PRSM-15570)
Selecting a date from the calendar in the Trending page no longer results in occasional errors. (PRSM-15592)
Filtered Trend reports are now correctly populated. Previously, they might be generated with 0 phrases. (PRSM-15730)
The Metadata REST API now takes data from CallMetaExFieldNamesView instead of from callmetaextbl. As a result, performance has improved. (PRSM-15664)
The Agent search filter now displays only agents that match the selected filter. (PRSM-15109)
The Login page no longer gets stuck in a loop when an exception is thrown while the Login page is created. (PRSM-15087)
Internet Information Services (IIS) no longer gets stuck when numerous requests are sent to the Login page. (PRSM-15089)
When interaction recognition fails, the Recognizer task now correctly recognizes subsequent interactions. (PRSM-15675)
When auditing events with the Topic Analysis - Audits report in Internet Explorer, the user is no longer unexpectedly redirected to the SpeechMiner Login page. (15508)
You can now successfully use the Agent filter. Previously, the Agent filter would cause an error to occur. (PRSM-15682)
SpeechMiner performs as it should when processing an exceptionally large amount of interactions in the filter hierarchy. Previously, processing a large amount of interactions would cause SpeechMiner to perform slowly. (PRSM-15683)
When SpeechMiner runs on a large database, the Related Words task now runs faster. Previously, the Related Words task took longer than expected to complete when running on a large database. (PRSM-15687)
When a user opens SpeechMiner for the first time, the Login page now opens without error. (PRSM-15655)
When the Buzz report is run with a custom date range, the summary at the bottom of the report now displays the UTC time and not the local time. (PRSM-15788)
