What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Significant SQL server performance improvements have been made, most notably in an SQL Cluster environment. Note: The significant SQL server performance improvements are only relevant for hot fixes 8.5.003.01, 8.5.300.07, 8.5.401.24 and 8.5.501.05. (PRSM-14214)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
It now takes between 10-15 seconds to receive results when using the Search Filter to search for an agent. Previously, such a search would take over a minute to yield results. (PRSM-14130)
An error message no longer appears when drilling down into a Report?s details. (PRSM-14113)
You can now search for interactions using more than one topic as search criteria. Previously, in some cases SpeechMiner was unresponsive when searching for interactions according to more than one topic. (PRSM-14112)
The upgrade process to 8.5.300.04 is now working as expected. Previously, this process failed. (PRSM-13855)
MP3 files can now be created when Audio Encryption is enabled in the SMConfig Audio panel. (PRSM-13769)
The external Media Player now displays results for all clusters. (PRSM-13629)
The Related Words feature now returns valid results with dual channel calls. (PRSM-13472)
