What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • Agent list: In a Recording Only deployment, it is now possible to view all of the agents associated with an interaction and not only those whose telephone extension was recorded.
The list appears in the Agent column in the Search Results grid.
  • SMUpgrade: The new upgrade process executes faster and no longer requires two databases. This one-step upgrade procedure can be performed from any version to any version on the customer's database (that is, a new database is not required).
    • The new upgrade procedure is not out of the box. If you are interested in this new upgrade procedure, contact Genesys Customer Care and allow for one week to receive the scripts required to perform the procedure. For additional details, refer to the SpeechMiner Upgrade Guide.
    • Contact Genesys Customer Care if the upgrade procedure fails and you receive the following message: You have duplicate external call IDs. Please refer to the release notes for more information.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Important
You can view Screen Recordings only from the Interactions Grid.

Now there are no error responses when the eventData.contact.userName field is missing metadata. Previously, Interaction Receiver returned a 500 error response when the eventData.contact.userName field was missing metadata. (PRSM-14216)

Speaker types are displayed correctly in the Japanese SpeechMiner UI. (PRSM-14067)

SpeechMiner WebUI now functions properly after a user performs a specific search for calls using topics as search criteria. Previously, SpeechMiner WebUI was unresponsive in that situation. (PRSM-14151)

When working with SMART, event data appears for any topics with Japanese phrases. (PRSM-14068)

When performing certain searches it takes approximately 5 to 15 seconds for the filter fields to load with the selected information. Previously, it took 30 to 40 seconds. (PRSM-13986)

You can use Japanese characters to name a report. Previously, when Japanese characters were used to name a report, the report name appeared in question marks ????. (PRSM-14053)

Japanese words in the UI are now translated properly. (PRSM-14015)
