Agents can now send attachments without any text during Facebook interactions. Previously, an incorrect error message Empty message detected was shown in this scenario. (SMD-7809, SMD-7806)

An issue that caused incorrect highlighting and counting of characters, and subsequently allowed exceeding the character limit for Twitter messages, is fixed. The issue occurred when the message contained multibyte characters. (SMD-7075)
