What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • Agents can now start drafting a Twitter reply after the @username: tag without having to click on the second line. Now, the @username and the message is separated by a colon sign. Previously, the first line was reserved only for @username and agents had to use the second line for drafting the message. (SMD-6201)
  • Agents can now receive audio files in a Facebook session interaction as file attachments. They can open these audio files in a media player of their choice by clicking on the attachments. Audio files are not automatically played by default. Additionally, agents can preview video files without audio playback, and they can open the video files in a media player for video and audio playback. (SMD-6213)
