What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Agents can now differentiate dark posts (unpublished page posts) from regular public posts during Facebook interactions. Dark posts are now colored dark blue and are indicated with a [Dark post] tag. (SMD-6024)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The plugin no longer allows agents to enter an emoji in the recipients area of the Twitter replies. (SMD-6143)
Outbound replies to Facebook session interactions are now limited to 2000 characters. (SMD-6044)
An issue that caused the plugin to convert some inbound text messages into links during Facebook private interaction is now fixed. (SMD-5986)
