Use this option as a template for any specific workitem mediatype to specify the name of the Interaction Queue that is used by the Routing Based feature for the specified workitem media-type.

An issue that prevented agents from inserting Standard Responses (with or without image attachments) into a Twitter interaction was fixed. (SMD-7332)
The plugin now correctly performs routing-based transfer of interactions with media type facebooksession by using the queue configured with the intercommunication.facebooksession.queue option.
