What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The plugin now has improved responsiveness when an agent switches between different Facebook private Interaction tabs. The loading time of private conversation history is also reduced. A new option, facebook.disable-attachment-preloading, is added to allow administrators to enable or disable loading of attachment thumbnails during Facebook interactions.
The valid values are:
- true – Displays an icon instead of the attachment thumbnail in the chat transcript. Agents can click the icon to view the attachment in the operating system viewer.
- false – Displays the attachment thumbnail in the chat transcript. Agents can click the thumbnail to view the attachment in the default operating system viewer. This is the default value.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An issue that caused the unexpected creation of an outbound interaction in the agent workbin when the agent logged off, is fixed. (SMD-6461)
An issue that caused a duplicate record of a public Facebook inbound interaction when an agent sent a public Facebook outbound interaction, is fixed. (SMD-6460)
The plugin now has an improved memory usage while processing Twitter and Twitter direct interactions. Additionally, Twitter and Twitter direct interactions related history building is optimized. (SMD-6455)
