What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• The plugin now supports HTTP proxy with authorization for Facebook public interactions. A new option, facebook.webproxy-mode, is introduced to allow administrators to configure the proxy mode for Facebook public interactions. The valid values are:
  • none – The proxy mode is disabled. This is the default value.
  • auto – The plugin reads Windows settings related to proxy and uses them. Use this value in case of proxy without authorization.
  • manual – The plugin reads proxy configuration such as webproxy.address, webproxy.username, and webproxy.password from the WDE configuration.

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The plugin now processes voice recordings properly in private messages by detecting the type of voice recordings. Additionally, the plugin now displays the voice recording icons correctly in the chat transcript. (SMD-6643)
