This release contains the following resolved issues:
Agents can now filter all types of Facebook and Twitter interactions in Contact History, My History, and the result list of Interaction Search. The contact.history.media-filters WDE option includes the following values by default:
- voice
- chat
- sms
You must configure the following new values for the WDE option:
- facebooksession
- facebookprivatemessage
- twitterdirect

If the role privilege settings are enabled in WDE, the Facebook chat UI displays:
- The Move to Workbin option based on the InteractionWorkspace.FacebookDMSession.canMoveToWorkbin value.
- The Transfer option based on the InteractionWorkspace.FacebookDMSession.canOneStepTransfer value.

Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect icon to display in the taskbar when a facebooksession interaction arrived. (SMD-4873)
An agent can now select an entire chat transcript in a Facebook session interaction by right-clicking the mouse and then choosing Select All. The agent can copy and paste the chat transcript, if required. (SMD-4867)
Agents can no longer see the emoji picker in the WDE Interaction window if the emoji picker is not configured. (SMD-4332)
The correct creation date is displayed for Facebook interactions if the messages are received in WDE with a delay. (SMD-4196)
When an agent moves an unsolicited outbound Facebook interaction (Agent post update) to a workbin, the Account drop-down list in the Interaction window now retains the account selected by the agent. The Account drop-down list displays the preselected value, whenever the agent pulls the interaction from the workbin. (SMD-4170)
When an agent transfers an unsolicited outbound Facebook interaction to another agent, the Account drop-down list in the Interaction window now retains the account selected by the previous agent. The Account drop-down list displays the preselected value to the agent that accepted the interaction. (SMD-2595)
Fixed an issue that prevented an agent from accessing the correct Twitter profile from the Twitter Interaction window. (SMD-5240)
