In the Column List:

  • P = Primary key
  • M = Mandatory field
  • F = Foreign key
  • In the Data Type column, varchar/nvarchar means that the data type is varchar except in multi-language databases that use Unicode, in which case the data type is nvarchar. (The Info Mart database in Cloud deployments is not multi-language.)

This table contains information about the use of virtual queues in interaction processing, according to the data passed from the Universal Routing Server through the T-Server or Interaction Server application.

Column Data Type P M F Description

ID

numeric(16) X X The unique, autonumbered ID of the record. This is the primary key. Autonumbering is controlled by the RDBMS.

PartyID

varchar(50) X The ID of the party that is associated with the routing point/strategy.

CallID

varchar(50) X The unique ID of the interaction.

VQID

varchar(50) X Uniquely identifies each virtual queue record, as it is reported by URS in attached user data.

VQSeq

int X Local VQ sequence of VQ associated with the PARTY of type RoutingPoint/Strategy, numbered sequentially from 0 to N - 1, where N is the last VQ reported by URS, related to specific Route Result.

Added

datetime X The GMT-equivalent date and time of the record, based on time provided by T-Server/Interaction Server in notification events.

Added_ts

int The UTC-equivalent of the value of the ADDED field.

Added_tcode

int A reference, derived from the value of the ADDED_TS field, to a record in the G_TIMECODE table.

GSYS_DOMAIN

int Contains the data source session ID (DSS_ID) for the session that was active when the data was processed by ICON. For more information, see the description in System Fields.

GSYS_PARTITION

int A key used for partitioning.

GSYS_SYS_ID

int System ID.

GSYS_SEQ

bigint The non-unique sequence number of the statements to be inserted into the database.

GSYS_USEQ

bigint Reserved.

GSYS_TS

datetime Reserved for future use.

GSYS_TC

int Reserved for future use.

GSYS_EXT_VCH1

varchar(255) Reserved for future use.

GSYS_EXT_VCH2

varchar(255) Reserved for future use.
