In the Column List:

  • P = Primary key
  • M = Mandatory field
  • F = Foreign key
  • In the Data Type column, varchar/nvarchar means that the data type is varchar except in multi-language databases that use Unicode, in which case the data type is nvarchar.

Table GS_AGENT_STAT_WM


This table contains the duration of agent workmode metrics. The unique identifier of the record is the combination of the LoginSessionID, EndPointID, and QueueID fields. Whether ICON writes to this table is determined by the setting of one or more configuration options in the [filter-data] section.

Column Data Type P M F Description
ID numeric(16) X X The unique, autonumbered ID of this record.
LoginSessionID varchar(50) X The agent's login session ID (GUID). Same as G_LOGIN_SESSION.LOGINSESSIONID.
EndPointID int X The DBID of the agent's endpoint (DN) configuration object in Configuration Server. This value is 0 for interactions originating from Interaction Server. In a SIP Cluster environment, the value for this field is 0.
QueueID int The DBID of the queue (ACDQ) configuration object in Configuration Server, where the agent logged in. A value of NULL indicates that no queue is specified for this record.
AgentID int The DBID of the agent (person) configuration object in Configuration Server. This value is NULL if a Person object is not configured.
State int The Agent's state: Login, ready, notready, ACW, or busy.
Duration_UNKNOWN int The duration of the agent's state during the agent's login session with a workmode of UNKNOWN.
Duration_AUX int The duration of the agent's state during the agent's login session with a workmode of AuxWork.
Duration_LegalGuard int The duration of the agent's state during the agent's login session with a workmode of LegalGuard.
Duration_GoAway int The duration of the agent's state during the agent's login session with a workmode of Goaway.
Duration_ReturnBack int The duration of the agent's state during the agent's login session with a workmode of returnback.
LastChange datetime The GMT-equivalent date and time when the record was created or updated. This value is taken from the T-Server event that produces the update of this metric. If the update of the agent's metrics during login session is disabled, then this value will be the same as that in the ADDED field.
LastChange_ts int The UTC-equivalent value of the LASTCHANGE field.
LastChange_tcode int A reference, derived from the value of the LASTCHANGE_TS field, to a record in the G_TIMECODE table.
Added datetime The GMT-equivalent date and time when the record was inserted. This value is taken from the last T-Server event related to the agent's login session.
Added_ts int The UTC-equivalent value of the ADDED field.
Added_tcode int A reference, derived from the value of the ADDED_TS field, to a record in the G_TIMECODE table.
GSYS_DOMAIN int Contains the data source session ID (DSS_ID) for the session that was active when the data was processed by ICON. For more information, see the description in System Fields (for DB2Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, respectively).
GSYS_PARTITION int A key that is used for partitioning.
GSYS_SYS_ID int System ID. Reserved for future use.
GSYS_SEQ bigint Insert Sequence. Not unique.
GSYS_USEQ bigint Update Sequence. Not unique.
GSYS_TS datetime Reserved
GSYS_TC int Reserved
GSYS_EXT_VCH1 varchar(255) A string value with the name of the media type for a 3rd Party Media interaction, as reported by Interaction Server.


When the field GSYS_EXT_INT1 indicates that this is a 3rd Party Media interaction (1000—Open Media), the stored string is the name of the media type. For example, "fax".
In a SIP Cluster environment, records the DN name.

GSYS_EXT_VCH2 varchar(255) Reserved
GSYS_EXT_INT1 int The media type of this interaction. One of the following values:
  • 0—Unknown. Reserved for when ICON is unable to determine media type.
  • 1—Voice.
  • 2—Email.
  • 3—Chat.
  • 1000—Open Media.
