Specifies the maximum number of clients that can be connected to Stat Server at any given time. The default value, 0 (zero), means that an unlimited number of clients can be connected to Stat Server.

This release contains the following resolved issues:
Stat Server now reads time zones from the Resources tenant in a single-tenant deployment. Previously, Stat Server, starting with release 8.5.108.15, read time zones from the Environment tenant only, which is invalid for the single-tenant deployment. (SS-8970)
Stat Server no longer incorrectly spawns extra SelfHttpClients when the setting of the max-client-connections option is reached. (SS-8905)
