In environments where the same time-range based statistics might simultaneously be open on different time-ranges, Stat Server now reports correct values for each time-range. Previously, because of an issue with the way statistics were identified internally, the value calculated for a statistic opened with one time-range might also have been reported for the same statistic opened with different time-ranges.

Below is an example of a time-range statistic that can be opened with different time-ranges (for instance, Range10-15 and Range16-20) and that could have been affected by the issue:

Statistical categories with mandatory time-ranges are:

  • TotalNumberInTimeRange
  • TotalNumberInTimeRangePercentage
  • TotalTimeInTimeRange
  • CurrentNumberInTimeRange
  • CurrentNumberInTimeRangePercentage
  • ServiceFactor1

Time-range can also be specified for the RelativeNumberPercentage statistical category. When specified, it is applied to actions/statuses in MainMask. (SS-8723)

Stat Server no longer experiences lengthy episodes of 100% CPU consumption. Previously, in rare circumstances, Stat Server was not able to properly maintain internal monotonic time. As a result, Stat Server frequently recalculated all time-based statistics, leading to 100% CPU consumption. (SS-8695)
