This release contains the following resolved issues:
Stat Server no longer fails to reestablish connection to Configuration Server in some rare circumstances. (SS-8562)
Stat Server no longer leaks memory when trying to establish HA connection to the stopped Stat Server instance. (SS-8561)
When running in HA mode, Stat Server no longer attempts to garbage-collect the same statistic more often than once every 24 hours. (SS-8554)
