Corrections and Modifications
This release also includes the following corrections or modifications:
Stat Server now prevents a duplicate information under Oracle RAC for STATUS and LOGIN tables. Make sure to recreate database using new login_oracle.sql script and set the identity-in-login-table option to on ([statserver] section). (SS-5963)
Stat Server now runs with the -nco command line parameter defaulting to 0. It is no longer necessary to specify the -nco 0 on the command line. This can be overwritten with the -nco option or the NCO_XCOUNT environment variable. Previously the default for the -nco parameter was 6. (SS-5903)
Stat Server may send empty LoginID attribute of the CurrentState statistic value in scenarios when an agent logs into multiple DNs and subsequently logs out from one of them. (SS-5897)
Stat Server now correctly generates the CallAnswered action on a Virtual Queue for the multi-media switch in interaction scenarios, associated with multiple Virtual Queues. (SS-5769)
Stat Server no longer consumes 100% of CPU when the number of open client connections on Linux reaches 1528. (SS-5767)
Stat Server now correctly calculates the DN status in scenarios associated with an implicit NAT completion when the EventNetworkCallStatus T-Event is not generated. (SS-5737)
Stat Server no longer generates the AfterCallWork action on a regular DN during DND. Also, if DND start any existing AfterCallWork action on a regular DN is ended. (SS-5261)
Stat Server connected to backup CS Proxy may not reconnect to primary CS Proxy in case when CS Proxy switchover is caused by changing backlog option. The disconnect-switchover-timeout option in SCS can be used to prevent CS Proxy switchover when port-related options like backlog are changed for that application. (SS-4959)
Stat Server no longer disconnects under the heavy call-volume, if a large number of time-based statistics is opened. (SS-137)
