Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Non-linguistic categorization is now working as it should. Previously, categorization ignored non-linguistic elements that were found in calls that come from GIR and as a result non-linguistic categorization was not functioning properly. (PRSM-14477)
Metadata is now available in SpeechMiner when data keys obtain spaces and non-alpha characters. Previously, spaces and non-alpha characters prevented metadata from being available. (PRSM-14447)
The category description in the Content Browser page now displays the speaker name configured in SMART. Previously, the category description displayed incorrect speaker names for speakers that had a different name in SMART. (PRSM-14438)
Long category names are now completely visible in the PDF file of an exported Category Distribution report. Previously, they were not entirely visible in the pdf. (PRSM-14427)
SpeechMiner can now be activated successfully from a non-SpeechMiner domain. (PRSM-14423)
Long agent names are completely visible in the PDF file associated with exported Agent Trend and Agent Comparison reports. Previously, they were not entirely visible in the pdf. (PRSM-14413)
