Previously, when the SpeechMiner license did not contain analytics, the entire SpeechMiner User Actions section was missing from the search filters. (PRSM-9888, PRSM-9960)

SpeechMiner can now filter word sequence lengths in the database. In the Callrecogngizer table, the MIN_FILTERED_DEQUENCE parameter controls the minimum sequence number for filtering. The default value is 1. (PRSM-9045)

SpeechMiner users can now forward calls to agents that are configured in the Genesys configuration database. (PRSM-9893)

The SpeechMiner search filter now filters out text interactions by their metadata fields. Previously, all text interactions appeared in the search results. (PRSM-9884)

The topic filter in the reports data set now supports text interactions. (PRSM-9684)

SpeechMiner, when opening emails, now highlights those portions of the emails where the Topic is found. (PRSM-9467)
