Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When Genesys Softphone is installed in Connector mode with a self-signed certificate, access to the certificate is now possible for any user of the workstation regardless of the language of the Windows Operating System. Previously, in some localized Windows environments, installed without any English language pack, non-administrator users could fail to access the certificate, resulting in a failed connection from Workspace to Softphone. (SOFTPHONE-821)
For 1pcc calls, it is now possible to specify an alternative DTMF payload type by using the payload_type option applied to the telephony-event codec. (SOFTPHONE-792)
