Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Duplication of Twitter outbound replies to direct message is now fixed. The Social Media plugin now correctly handles the pressing of the Send button. Previously, when experiencing slow connections, the Send button was not properly blocked, and agents were able to generate duplicate outbound replies. (SMD-7667, SMD-7661)
To prevent memory leakages and slowness, handling video attachments for Facebook Private Messages is now optimized. Previously, when rendering video files in a chat transcript, the Social Media plugin failed to implement effective memory usage. (SMD-7644, SMD-7436)
The passing of transfer settings of facebooksession media type is now working correctly. Previously, in some scenarios, the Social Media plugin did not use correct transfer settings. (SMD-7643, SMD-7539)
