Updated report download handling to correctly parse date formats across different locales, resolving CSV export failures in German and other non-English environments. (SPCHSTRM-4743)
Improved fuzzy matching logic for chat inputs by enhancing tokenization of non-Latin characters and preventing invalid cosine similarity calculations, ensuring accurate menu option selection for Arabic inputs. (SPCHSTRM-4746)
