What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- You can now set the length of time a HTTP connection lives in the connection pool before it is closed. This is configured by the default server setting, HttpClient.ConnectionPool.ConnectionLifetimeInSeconds. This will be useful in environments where firewalls or other systems kill idle connections without informing the client. (SPCHSTRM-2516)
- Intelligent Automation now supports Genesys Dialog Engine's v2 API. (SPCHSTRM-2489)
- Intelligent Automation now supports Google Text-To-Speech for both Genesys Engage and PureConnect voicebots. (SPCHSTRM-2508)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The Visual Display Text option is now displayed correctly for all visual personas. (SPCHSTRM-2558)
Incorrect paths to a CSS file and an image file have been rectified. (SPCHSTRM-2554)
The Visual Display Text option for the Chat and Visual personas is now automatically added to a menu options synonym list. (SPCHSTRM-2551)
The standard responses (Help, Back, and Repeat) now work correctly using DTMF in PureConnect. (SPCHSTRM-2542)
The Web IVR Submit button for questions now resizes correctly based on the text defined in the Standard visual submit button prompt within the Intelligent Automation GUI. (SPCHSTRM-2535)
The Forgot Password page now reflects the re-branding work included with 9.0.102. (SPCHSTRM-2461)
Intelligent Automation installations no longer require the JAVA_HOME environment variable to be set manually. (SPCHSTRM-2460)
Callflows created in IA v9.0.101 or earlier, containing prompts that have uploaded audio files, now play the appropriate audio when imported in IA v9.0.102 or later. (SPCHSTRM-2458)
Deleted microapp configurations no longer remain in the database. (SPCHSTRM-2454)
Voicebot calls no longer fail in PureConnect. Previously, the PureConnect issue ASE-222 caused them to fail. (SPCHSTRM-2453)
Chat interactions over HTTPS now use the configured certificates when performing validation. (SPCHSTRM-2450)
If multiple grammar validation rules are configured in a voicebot Question block, IA now applies all the configured rules to the Question block. Previously, IA applied only the first rule. (SPCHSTRM-2448)
SNMP traps have been increased to 21,474,836,470 milliseconds (~249 days). Previously, SNMP traps failed after 2,147,483,647 milliseconds (~25 days) after the server started. The server uptime cannot currently be increased further as the field uses a 32-bit integer. (SPCHSTRM-2444)
A specific error message is now displayed if an attempt is made to export a product while the server setting, Product.DigitalSignature.PrivateKeyStorePath is empty. (SPCHSTRM-2370)
Prompt audio files are no longer removed when updating the prompt TTS by using the filtered prompts functionality. (SPCHSTRM-2086)
