Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When the value of the VUI option, Standard Visual Switch menu sms wait prompt iterations is reached, a recognition failure does not occur. Instead, the session returns to Voice only. (SPCHSTRM-2963)
Updates to Web IVR:
- When using Multimodal, Web IVR now uses the visual grammar settings.
- Web IVR now displays the next prompt even if the previous prompt evaluated to an empty string. (SPCHSTRM-2945)
The VUI option, Standard Visual Switch read-only prompt mode now takes effect when using Multimodal. (SPCHSTRM-2944)
Error logging is improved when using Multimodal. (SPCHSTRM-2936)
