This release contains the following resolved issues:
If a Load Balancer is used before SpeechMiner web servers, SpeechMiner now logs the source IP instead of the Load Balancer IP in audit tables.

An issue that prevented SpeechMiner from connecting to RWS via HTTPS is now fixed. (PRSM-29729)
The Batch Actions menu is now visible in Interactions List Panel, which displays the interactions grid corresponding to the selected Interaction List. (PRSM-29678)
Text strings in SpeechMiner are now displayed in the selected language. (PRSM-26336)
Some pages like Saved searches and Reports now work properly when the Windows service, Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS), is enabled. Previously, these pages had issues when FIPS was enabled. (PRSM-29041)
After setting a system with externalApplicationBaseURL in the webserviceparams table, business alerts are sent with a link that points to the correct external URL and not to the local web server. (PRSM-29581)
On Event Business alerts no longer trigger multiple emails per call that triggers the event. (PRSM-29580)
Usernames with uppercase letters now get selected properly in Saved Search’s shared windows, based on user’s selection. Previously in this scenario, usernames with uppercase letters did not get selected properly. (PRSM-27401)
