This release contains the following resolved issues:
The following changes are related to outbound media attachments in Facebook private messages:
- An issue that caused a request timeout error to occur when sending large attachments in outbound private messages, is fixed.
- Images above 10 MB are now displayed in preview on the agent’s chat transcript.
- Agents can now send text and attachment together in private message replies.

The following changes are related to outbound media attachments in Facebook posts and comments:
- An animated GIF file sent in the comment is now displayed as an animated image on Facebook. Previously, the GIF file was displayed as a static image on Facebook.
- Agents can now enter a multi-line comment in a Facebook post reply without any issue.
- Agents can add attachments when drafting replies to Facebook comments that are opened from Workbin.

The plugin now has an improved Hide and Unhide feature for Facebook posts and comments. Agents can now hide any post or comment from WDE. (SMD-6067)
An issue that caused the ClickOnce deployment to fail is now fixed. (SMD-6151)
Comments in an interaction are now correctly hidden if an agent transfers the interaction to another agent. (SMD-6141)
Upgrade Notes
This release of Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition 9.0.007.16 is only compatible with Cloud API Driver for Facebook 9.0.007.10 and Cloud API Driver for Twitter 9.0.007.09. This current release of the plugin is not compatible with the previous versions of Cloud API Driver for Facebook and Cloud API Driver for Twitter.
If you are upgrading Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition to 9.0.007.16, you must upgrade Cloud API Driver for Facebook to 9.0.007.10 and Cloud API Driver for Twitter to 9.0.007.09.
